Joya Bangla follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Prior to withdrawal, or at any time deemed necessary, you may be required to submit one of the following documents for identity verification:

To withdraw funds from Joya Bangla, your account's KYC verification must be complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Most withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes, though larger amounts may take up to 4–24 hours.
Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to deposit. Funds will be sent to the account with the same name and number. Requests to withdraw via a different name or method may be declined.
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must first meet the applicable wagering requirements. You may withdraw your cash deposit before completing the wagering requirements, but doing so will forfeit any active bonus.
Once a bet is confirmed on Joya Bangla, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review the odds, stake, and selected market carefully before placing your bet. Funds are automatically deducted from your account at the time the bet is accepted.
If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error or data feed issue, Joya Bangla reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake. Where the odds differ significantly from prevailing market rates, the bet may be considered void.
If a match or event is cancelled or abandoned before completion, all bets on that event are generally refunded. For parlay bets, the cancelled leg is removed and the payout is calculated based on the remaining odds.
Odds in live betting change rapidly. In certain situations — such as just before or after a goal or wicket — bets may be delayed or rejected. Joya Bangla reserves the right to suspend live betting at any time.
Please note: Betting based on match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited. If such activity is suspected, Joya Bangla will investigate the account, and if confirmed, the account will be closed and the balance forfeited.
New members at Joya Bangla receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To claim this bonus, a minimum deposit is required along with fulfillment of the applicable wagering requirements.
Joya Bangla reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, Joya Bangla's decision will be considered final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Joya Bangla:
If any of the above activities are proven, all balances will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.
Joya Bangla reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly in cases of terms violations, fraud, or suspicious activity.
You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. Requests to reactivate an account under self-exclusion will not be accepted before the designated period has ended.
An account will be marked inactive after 12 consecutive months of no activity. A monthly maintenance fee may be applied to inactive accounts. However, the account will not be closed until the balance reaches zero.
